Lyn,

My biggest piece of advice to you is...never wear jeans to weigh in!! Even if you have to quickly change into your light weigh-in outfit before you get to the scale it is so worth it!!! Maybe just keep it in your trunk so you always have it?

It's okay. You had a bad food day. It is over. Done. What is most important is what you do next. You don't have to be perfect. You might want to write down what you ate today just for you...just to say you did it and to know how you want to do things differently tomorrow.

The topic of yesterday's meeting was emotional eating which was perfect for me! I've been struggling with late night snacking that seems to be linked with the tv. I'm going to try to pay more attention to my true hunger this week.

Keep your chin up, girl. Keep your eye on the prize and make it a great week!
