We have 9 pounds of strawberries, some raspberries, 15 pounds of blueberries and 20 pounds of cherries in the freezer so far. I can’t wait to make applesauce and can peaches. My kids pick fruit over many other junk choices and I want to keep it that way. I’m thinking a Swiss chard smoothie might be on the menu for tomorrow.
