		<description><![CDATA[Those all look like beets to me..  I left a comment on Facebook for you by the name KimR.    

 Have you ever made green beans with new potatoes?    Slice (if they&#039;re larger) new potatoes in a pan, add a tiny bit of chopped onion (1 T or so),  1 beef bouillon cube (or veggie if vegetarian), green beans, salt &amp; pepper.   Let steam/boil for about 15 minutes or until veggies are done to your desired doneness.   I prefer them well done..   we call that &quot;boil the whammy out of &#039;em&quot;  ;)     
Yum..   this is a very common southern staple. 

And are you eating those beet greens as well?   They&#039;re the same thing as chard but you eat the beet root and not the chard.]]></description>
