Everything looks great. I’m jealous of your sweet potatos. What the heck do you do with one stinking radish? I guess it’s a big radish, but still.
Have you ever sliced them and sauteed them in butter? They are nice that way with eggs for breakfast. Takes the bite out of them though.
I don’t know if you saw my reply to your comment about getting together, but I think it’s a fab idea. Let’s pickle some beets!!!!
