Hi, We ended up making this based on a friend’s suggestion. I thought it was good. The fennel is a brand new ingredient for us. I’m not going to rush out and buy any, but I’d be happy to see it in the bag occasionally and try out some other recipes. I froze the green parts to use in vegetable stock later on.
