I was at the workshop, too. I came to the same conclusion! I use it often but there is SO MUCH MORE I can do with it. The peanut butter alone was worth the price of admission. This morning I made peach ice cream (VEGAN with coconut milk even!) from extra peaches I bought at Fresh Fork yesterday and it was wonderful. I bought an second cookbook that night and I’ve added sticky notes to the next 10 recipes I want to try.
I would attend again next year if they promised to do different recipes ;-)
