Today wasn’t the greatest day, but it was nice to have dinner out with the family.

I drank about 20 oz of water today.  I also drank tea.  I think I need to drink much more.  Fluids would probably help some of my other food issues.  Today was ok.

Today’s food was terrible.  It was binge like.  It involved too much cookie dough among other bad things.  The numbers below will be a guess and probably not terribly accurate.

There are 20 days left in the BL contest.  I need to get my butt in gear.
