The return of the food log! My weight loss efforts have missed tracking. So here’s the good, bad and ugly from today. I’m looking forward to ridding the house of junk food and eating some real meals this week.Breakfast
No formal workout today, but I’m at 9325 steps. I ended yesterday at 12,306!
It’s almost 10 PM and I’m at 12,192 steps!Breakfast
At 9:16pm, I’m at 7568 steps, I set a goal of 8000 for today since there was no formal exercise scheduled. I kept busy and ran a ton of errands with the kids. I should have no trouble with the remainer of 8000 before bed.Breakfast
Today was a pretty good food day. I feel like I am back in the groove!Breakfast
Today, I did 30 solid minutes on the E Spinner. It felt great. I’m going to try for an hour the next time. I really want to get back to spin class soon!
