overnight oats w/apple (no raisins or nut butter), milk, cinnamonI didn’t have a workout today unless you count taking the kids to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History with a walk around Wade Oval. Next up: water aerobics in the AM.
BreakfastI didn’t have much of a workout today. I spent 35 minutes on the Nu Step with a headache. Some movement is better than no movement.
BreakfastToday was a crappy food day. I didn’t really eat fruit or veggies and I was in the mood for chips. Yuck! They don’t even taste very good to me.
