raw oats with sweet cherries, banana, raisins, cinnamon, milkYesterday and today weren’t the best food days, but I’m moving forward. I was happy to be down another pound this week. I’ll post my trainer workout tomorrow when I receive the written detail. It was a great workout.
BreakfastI didn’t do a food log yesterday. I ate well, but we spent the day at the hospital and sleep was more important last night. Here’s a short and sweet log for today.
