Today, I had a small window for my workout. I made the best of the time available with the following:
- 5 min warm up on the elliptical
- lunges down the fitness center floor (holding 10lb dumbbells)
- lunges back with 10lb dumbbells also with curl/press
- ab machine – 2 sets of 30 at 105lbs
- back extension- 2 sets of 10 with twist holding a 6lb medicine ball
- triceps v-bar – 2 sets of 12 reps of 60, 50, 40, 30, 20 without a break
- biceps curl-2 sets of 12
- row- 2 sets of 10 at 80lbs
- lat – 2 sets of 10 at 80 lbs
- wood chops – 12 on each side w/12lb ball
- plank practice and stretching
