Today, I had a small window for my workout.  I made the best of the time available with the following:

  • 5 min warm up on the elliptical
  • lunges down the fitness center floor (holding 10lb dumbbells)
  • lunges back with 10lb dumbbells also with curl/press
  • ab machine – 2 sets of 30 at 105lbs
  • back extension- 2 sets of 10 with twist holding a 6lb medicine ball
  • triceps v-bar – 2 sets of 12 reps of 60, 50, 40, 30, 20 without a break
  • biceps curl-2 sets of 12
  • row- 2 sets of 10 at 80lbs
  • lat – 2 sets of 10 at 80 lbs
  • wood chops – 12 on each side w/12lb ball
  • plank practice and stretching

Next up:  C25K run/walk tomorrow.

This was not a good food day.  It was my first “bad” day in a while.  It really helps when I am home and write/track as I go.  I ate numerous little things that sure added up today.

Breakfast
1/2c oatmeal w/3/4c milk, 1c blueberries, 1T sunflower butter, cinnamon=9
Morning Snack
banana
5 crackers=2
Lunch
tuna pouch w/mayo and Brussels sprout relish=3
part of Anntie Anne's pretzel (no butter)=5
Afternoon Snack
banana
1T peanut butter=3
Luna protein=5
Clif Z-Bar=4
corn chips=3
Dinner
1c whole wheat pasta=4
sauce w/sausage, spinach, cheese, mushrooms=13
dried cantaloupe=1
